1. Who we are

WHOLESUM (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Blue Swallowtail Books (ABN 94 809 253 848). By purchasing or using our digital products you agree to these terms.

2. The product

The WHOLESUM 21-Day Reset is a digital educational program delivered electronically. On completing your one-time purchase you receive immediate digital access, which is yours to keep for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Payment & access

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Access is granted automatically once payment is confirmed.

4. Refunds

Because the product is delivered instantly in digital form, all sales are final and no refunds are provided. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we’ll make it right.

5. Licence & intellectual property

All content is owned by WHOLESUM and protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or share the materials. Your purchase grants a single-user licence for personal use only.

6. Health disclaimer

WHOLESUM provides general health and nutrition education only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare practitioner. Always consult your doctor before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements or medication, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medicines.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WHOLESUM is not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the program. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
