About
The person behind WHOLESUM
From farm to functional nutrition
Functional Nutritionist & Health Coach
Rebekah Raymond
Rebekah’s passion for health didn’t start in a classroom — it started on a small farm, growing food, raising animals and learning from a Latvian grandmother who foraged forests for food and medicine. That intuitive love of food and nature became a hunger to understand the science underneath it: the biochemistry, the physiology, the intricate systems that quietly govern how our bodies function.
That curiosity carried her into formal study in Medicine, Nutrition, Dietetics and, eventually, Nutritional Medicine — where she found what she now thinks of as her true calling as a Functional Nutritionist and Health Coach. Over two decades she has worked across nutrition, wellness, food education and hospitality, running programs on gut health, fermented foods, blood-sugar regulation and inflammation, in partnership with doctors and allied-health practitioners.
She created the WHOLESUM 21-Day Reset to give people something often missing from conventional health advice: a clear explanation of why the body behaves as it does, and a structured way to put that understanding into practice — because she has watched it work, over and over.
Behind the science
Real food, real life
Her belief
People want to feel well — and when we feel good, we give better.
A healthy body and mind are the foundation for everything else. WHOLESUM exists to hand you that foundation — not a diet, not a set of rules, but the understanding that makes lasting change finally make sense.
